Full Time Assistance
Certified Nursing Assistant
- Takes and records patients’ vital signs
- Measures and records patients’ fluid intake and output.
- Provides daily routine care such as bathing, dressing and feeding
- Assists patients in active and passive range of motion, transferring, walking and turning
- Cleans rooms and makes patients’ beds
- Performs all other tasks assigned by the Nursing Supervisor
Qualifications and Skills

Licensed Practical Nurse
* Carry out care plan to residents.
- Administer medication and or treatment to patients
- Receives and reviews complaints and grievances
- Ensures that records and counts of controlled substances are all documented and administered based on the care plan
- Participates in clinical in services
- Makes rounds of the nursing unit
- Participates in the admissions, transfers and discharges
- Performs other duties as assigned
