Meadow Park’s primary care physicians are on site in the facility daily, and are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our primary care physicians are affiliated with major hospitals in our area, such as New York Presbyterian-Queens, Northwell Health System (North Shore Forest Hills, Long Island Jewish and North Shore Manhasset), Mount Sinai Queens, Flushing Hospital, Jamaica Hospital Medical Center and Queens Hospital Center, and Elmhurst Hospital. Our physicians provide continuity of care by following patients both while they are in our facility and in the hospital.
